inspiring confidence

Mountain biking can sometimes be an intimidating sport. I love breaking down the steps for how to tackle something that looks scary and teaching you techniques to conquer challenging features. There is always a method to the madness and learning the method will help you gain confidence on the trail.

Mountain Biking Life Lessons

Aside from the countless health benefits of being outdoors, what I love about this sport are the endless number of life lessons we learn on the bike. For example... always look ahead at where you want to go. If you have a plan, with repetition, you can conquer anything in front of you.

Fostering community

I have met so many inspiring people through this sport and am constantly amazed by their grit, determination, and fearlessness. My classes are about watching and learning from each other. Once I see a friend confidently tackle a feature, their confidence is infectious and we become unstopable!!
